Lead Data: Contact information of property buyers, sellers, or tenants captured through WhatsApp, Instagram, 99acres, MagicBricks, or manual entry on your behalf.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction logs to improve platform performance.

Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookies to ensure secure and personalised access.

To provide, operate, and maintain the PropMind platform and its features.

To process lead data on behalf of brokers as a data processor under applicable Indian law.

To send transactional emails, platform notifications, and support communications.

To analyse usage patterns and improve product functionality and user experience.

To comply with applicable legal obligations, including those under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI inference) who process data solely on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
