Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PropMind 360° ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

PropMind 360° is an AI-powered real estate operating platform providing lead capture, CRM, AI calling, property matching, marketing studio, sales pipeline, and related tools targeted at real estate brokers in India.

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered real estate professional or business entity to use the Service. Use by unlicensed or fraudulent brokerages is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@propmind360.com upon any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications, collect data without consent, violate any applicable law, or infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service without our written consent.

Lead data captured via the platform must be used solely for lawful real estate business purposes.

Access to the Service is subject to a subscription fee as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing upon 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

All content, design, code, and AI models within the Service are proprietary to PropMind 360° or its licensors. No licence is granted other than the limited right to use the Service as described.

Your lead data and content remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Service.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AI-generated lead scores, call transcripts, and recommendations are advisory only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropMind 360° shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
